I have not inspected this property yet. There is a nice road that will take you through the middle of this property. There are other logging roads that can be used to get around this big property. TOPO shows a nice ravine with a stream on the west border. Center of property is pretty flat. The hunting lease is almost all woods. The landowner would like you to post property if able. ATV use and camping are allowed for hunting purposes only. Camper needs to be removed at end of hunting season. At end of hunting season stands need to be loosened (straps) or taken down. The timber is an investment for the landowner. If hunters, damage or kill live trees, landowner will seek compensation and your lease will be terminated. Should be good deer, turkey and bear hunting. At $12 bucks an acre this should go fast!
