This hunting lease is leased and not available. Location - location - location. Some aerials just do not do justice to a property and this is certainly one of those. All game in listing were taken last year and are an indication of the quality of hunting you will find on this lease.

This is a really nice property for a father and son/daughter. It would also be ideal for someone with limited mobility. There is a nice access lane/road that cuts the center of the property that can be driven on when weather and ground conditions permit. The timber may appear to be limited, but all fence lines are at least 10 yards wide and thus potential stand locations on almost the entire eastern, southern and western borders of this 90 acre property. I did not see any stands on neighboring properties and there was plenty of deer and turkey sign. As I came up the hill on the back side of the property, the big tom turkey shown in the listing was eating out in the field. Row crops on the agricultural land will certainly help to keep deer on the property. I would also expect if you like to hunt geese, this property will produce plenty of opportunities. The sky was almost black with geese the day of my inspection with the Horicon Marsh being only a few mile away. Fox and Beaver Dam Lakes can be seen from the southern side of the property. The landowner does not live on the property, but has a renter in the farm house who does not hunt and can watch over things while you are not there.

All legal game is yours to hunt. Respectful use of ATV okay for hunting related activities. Camping is allowed behind the barn and food plots okay in non agriculture areas.
