This hunting lease is leased and not available. This is a nice 80+ acre farm with a good hay field almost completely surrounded by woods just a few miles from Midland. It has a couple of different chunks of woods and some potential bedding cover in the back when it's too soft for the tractor. A small creek running down the side and a pipeline running on an angle through the back woods create some great travel routes from the larger neighboring properties. The pipeline was loaded with deer and turkey tracks. Also, there were quite a few rubs on the west property line.

The owner lives on the property and has relatives who see the field from their house so they can keep an eye on things. They really want to limit the impact to neighbors so this farm is bow hunting only and no hunting in the 5 acre horse pasture by the road or within 100 feet of any houses. You can hunt during gun season but need to stick to a bow. He also asks for no camping or ATV use.
