This hunting lease is leased and not available. This is a great property for lease in Mason County, KY right on the Lewis County line. This property is very convenient to Maysville, and lays right on the North Fork of the Licking River. This lease is located in an area known for producing great deer. The land is split up into hay fields, pasture and timber. There are cows on a portion of the farm but they are fenced out of all of the timbered areas. The owner lives on the farm and sees deer all the time. I saw a few deer and several turkeys upon inspection. All of the surrounding farms have crops either in the form of corn or beans. There were many heavily used deer trails on the property. There were a lot of little points and funnels that would make great stand locations in addition to a few water sources. I have no doubt that this will be a great lease. Camping ok and ATV use ok for hunting purposes only.
