This hunting lease is leased and not available. If you are wanting a lease in an Indiana county that has a lot of deer and big deer, this is the lease you want. I jumped multiple deer and the sign on this farm is unbelievable. I have a few farms in this area and they do not come back available for lease. Ohio County is a small county but still kicks out a big harvest every year and has some absolute studs taken on a consistent bases.

With row crops, water and great cover, this lease should have no problem holding deer on it. I really expect that this farm will be awesome early season and on through the rut. If you look at the aerial you can see that there is so much wilderness around this property that anything could come cruising through. Twenty-Eight acres of the lease is in row crops and the rest of the farm is thickets and hardwoods.

Landowner is going to be great to work with and wants to make this property an even better place for wildlife. He is open to a little clearing in some of the over grown pastures to provide an area for some food plots. I think these spots will provide a great staging area early in the year.
