This hunting lease is leased and not available. This is an excellent property on the Marion/Delaware/Union County lines. Just off the Scioto River with Patton Run Creek running along the north boundary. There was decent deer sign. There is lots of connecting cover to your 30 acres of woods. You can hunt the upper flats or down by the creek. Also, a nice thick tree-line enters your property on the west side, and there is another one out in the field. Furthermore, there is a small shallow pond with thick cover all around it. I am sure a buck will hide here when the pressure is on. Throw in a few nice inside corners and you have some nice set-ups to hunt. If you like a little waterfowl, I jumped some ducks on the pond during inspection. There are a few turkeys in the area for a bonus.

Late season may be good as the landowner plants a cover crop every year. Otherwise the fields are in corn and beans. Absolutely no vehicles are to be driven in the fields. No Camping.
