This hunting lease is leased and not available. Base Camp Leasing has a 160 acre hunting lease available for immediate lease in Steuben County, New York. This hunting lease is less than 10 miles from Bath, New York. This farm consists of about 100 acres of woods and 60 acres of farm fields. The woods are broken into 3 sections. There are 40 acres of woods in the east, 10 acres in the north and 50 acres in the south/west. I jumped deer 3 different times and turkeys once on my site inspection. I found plenty of big rubs, deer trails and tracks. The property has 2 different roads that bisect it which enables you to enter your stands from different directions. The property was selectively logged in the past and there are decent logging trails. There is still quite a few scattered big oaks (some white). There is a small creek on the west side that will funnel deer and make great stand locations. Lots of trails and rubs in this area. I found big rubs in all 3 sections of woods. This hunting lease is located in my most requested county (Steuben). The property is an excellent mixture of woods and farm fields. Posting of this hunting lease will be allowed. ATV use and camping are allowed for hunting purposes only. You must stay off the farm fields. This is one of the nicest properties I have inspected. It should provide the opportunity to harvest some nice bucks!
