Steve Meng, the founder of Base Camp Leasing, Inc., moved away from his home state of Kansas to begin a career as a commodities broker within the Farm Co-operative system. An avid outdoorsman growing up, he had difficulty finding a place to continue his passion of whitetail deer hunting in his new location.

From those struggles, Base Camp Leasing was formed and continues today providing timely, exceptional customer service in facilitating annual hunting leases between hunters and property owners. Our core values of stewardship, timeliness, accountability and compliance provide our hunters with DIY hunting opportunities. No guides, no tips, just hunting!
