Southern Missouri & Arkansas Leasing AgentSteve grew up on a small farm in the Ozarks of Southern Missouri. He comes from a long line of avid sportsmen who hunt and fish all over the US and Canada. Steve took to shooting and hunting at the early age of seven when he'd walk in the woods, shooting squirrels or rabbits. He and his wife, Stacy, currently run a family business where they own and operate a United Country Real Estate office in Cabool. They specialize in farms, ranches and recreational hunting land. Steve graduated from Southwest Baptist University with a degree in Management and spent many years in the retail business before becoming a Realtor. He chose real estate as a career because of his passion and vast knowledge of the Ozarks. Who better to “sell” the Ozarks than someone who has grown up in the National Forest, on the rivers and playing in the lakes of Southern Missouri. The Matherlys have two children. Daughter Jillian remembers a recent birthday where her favorite gift was a pink, camoflauge, semi-automatic .22 rifle. Wil had a hunting knife before he was born and sleeps with a .22 pistol (a gift from his Granddad) on his night stand.
