This property is located in Guernsey County which is consistently in the top five for overall harvest and trophy Buck quality. This property shows why. If you want to get deer to age you need thick bedding cover and this property has just that. It's a long deep property with ag. on the neighboring properties and you have the thickest bedding in the neighborhood from what I could see. Multiple benches of thick cover with beds everywhere. These were not one-time beds that you see in a grass field but beat down beds that had rubs right next to them. But bring your briar pants if you want to push into the bedding cover. Access can be difficult with a creek located just off of the road but there is a crossing on the south side for easiest access with a lane that runs all the way the top of the hill and back down into the next valley. Respectable ATV use for hunting purposes only. I also accessed off of the north side through the creek with little issue. If you want to see the quality that can be achieved in this neighborhood, make sure to check out the photos of the buck I saw just down the road while leaving this property.
