This property has a beautiful section of woods that has a minimum maintained access road that runs through it. I saw plenty of old rubs, deer trails and droppings on my inspection. The property is heavily posted and has trails west and east of the access road. As a bonus there is a 78 acre state forest bordering the south east part of this hunting lease. The north east side of the property heads downhill. The slope is not bad and easy walking. The west part of the property is the top of hill / ridge and seems flat (loaded with deer trails). As the property heads south it get extremely steep heading into the state forest. The access road actually heads down a ravine. The hunting lease and state land is on both sides of the access road. A great hunting lease with awesome potential! ATV use is allowed for hunting purposes only. No room for a camper!
