This hunting lease is leased and not available. Located 20 minutes north of Hector is this beautiful 36 acre lease just minutes away from the Ozark National Forest. Don't let this 36 acres fool you, it covers a lot of territory and stretches nearly half a mile. This property is completely wooded with a beautiful oak/hickory mix but one thing that really stuck out was the towering White Oaks that inundate the property. There is a small creek that runs through the property where I saw numerous deer crossings and a few old rubs. This is a bow hunters dream but the woods on the north end across the creek are open enough to stretch out a muzzleloader or rifle. Of course I would not be surprised to see an old long beard come strutting off one of the ridges as well.

The landowner does not live on the property but does have a house and trailer on the property. The use of ATV's during season will be allowed for traveling to and from stands as well as game retrieval.
