I am thrilled to sign this farm finally. We are back in Breckenridge County, Kentucky, on this sweet 257-ac family-owned property. It lays out big. It is 1.3 miles to the backfield so unlimited hunting locations will be found across the lease. This county is in Zone 2, and some bruisers are taken every year up here. A small herd of cows stays near the front and will be moved for your hunting convenience during the rut. You cannot beat the landowners as they are some of the nicest folks on the planet. Red clover has been planted over the last few years across the property, so the field is in excellent condition. Very private property with multiple homes near the front, so please be aware of those when setting up your stands—numerous ponds on the lease, creeks, and springs. The hardest thing you will decide here is where you want to sit for the opener, as there are many great spots on your new lease—excellent timber with plenty of oaks for mast production.
