If you're wanting to hunt SE Oklahoma like a lot of hunters do, boy do I have a lease for you. 200 acres of QUALITY hunting, loaded with hard woods and big deer. This property has deer, turkey, hogs, and black bear as well. Landowner states that she has seen some massive deer on this property and a lot of turkey and hogs, as well as a bear or two on camera. If you feel the need to harvest a black bear during the Oklahoma bear season, well there you are. This a great property and will produce nice quality deer. Camping is allowed and landowner has six rooms that she can rent out to hunters if they don't want to primitive camp. There is also a shell of a cabin on the property that could be utilized if need for a basecamp. This area holds some great opportunities for hunting, and there has been some state records shot in this area too.

There are stands and tower blinds already positioned around the property and landowner says, the hunters can use them at your own risk, or you can set your own.

Four wheelers are a must to travel on the property, I would not drive a vehicle to access the property, it would surely scare the deer off in my opinion.
