This hunting lease is leased and not available. Here is a nice 118-acre farm in west central Ohio with easy access off I70. This property has 26-acres of woods along with thick fence rows and some waterways. There were quite a few big boulder piles on the south side of the woods, but it got much better looking as I went to the north end. The woods were select cut in December of 2022. This should only improve things as the cover grows back in. The northwest part of the property looked good with connecting cover and grassy areas. The fields are in row crops. Everything you need is close by in Eaton or Dayton. No camping allowed. Respectful ATV use for hunting purposes only.
