This property is split by a creek winding through the woods North to South making this lease more like two really nice hunting properties. Bucks are going to be travelling this waterway during the rut, you just need to be out there. On the West side of the creek the topography quickly climbs up a wooded ridge and then into rolling row crop fields. On the East side of the creek, it is more of a bottom ground with some hillside crops also. There is a buffer between most of the field edges and fence line boundaries.
