This hunting lease is leased and not available. This massive property sits in the center of perhaps the largest and most remote section in eastern Iowa. This farm is 2 1/4 miles east to west, and 1 1/4 miles north to south. The farms around this property are big, ranging from several hundred acres to a couple thousand acres. This neighborhood is second to none, and there's great trophy management around. This property has access through a dead end from the south, and access through the farm site on the east. There's a great trail system around this property for access. As you can see in the photos this lease comes with the use of a cabin. The location is marked with the small red square on the Western side of the property down on the creek bank. This cabin is off grid, but very comfortable and perfect for hunting and scouting. The landowner uses the cabin for a couple months in the spring during calving season. This is a cattle farm. All of the cows are isolated down to about 40 acres in late October-early November. This 40 acres is surrounded by the creek in the bottom on the west side. The two green rectangles on the maps are fenced off food plots. The landowner is planning on planting these to corn in the spring. This property covers a big swath of the country and there's no shortage of big deer in the area.
