This hunting lease is leased and not available. The deer sign on this farm completely littered the forest floor. The pictures will give you an idea on the numerous amounts of deer sign I found the day I walked the property. There were several deer trails that looked like livestock trails. With the farm being made up of timber, water, bedding, cover and food, it checks all the boxes you need in a lease in order to hold and grow mature bucks. There are sections of the timber that have great underbrush consisting of bush honeysuckle, and the deer are traveling through those sections. Much of the underbrush on the north side of the farm consists of multiflora rose, and they are using it for cover, as well. Once on the property, tree stand placement will come easy as you start dissecting each section of the farm. I have a feeling that once this farm is leased it will never come back available. Before inspecting the property, you will need to reach out to the leasing agent, as the landowner lives on the property.
