This hunting lease is leased and not available. I was really impressed when I saw this property. It has everything you need to grow and keep good deer. Alternating row crops(beans and corn), plenty of cover, water, good mix of woods and brush plus one third of the property is bordered by a golf course. Thats 18 holes of food plots with no hunting allowed. There are multiple creeks that run into a state stocked trout stream(blue line) so bring your poles along with your bows. The property lies on both sides of the road and the deer and turkey sign is abundant with rubs, scrapes and scratches all over the place. The southside of the road consists of a cornfield and a wooded hillside that is divided by a creek. At the base of the hill is a small .5 acre field that could become a foodplot. There is plenty of sign around the small field. Do not overlook the inside corner of the cornfield here, there are well used runs, rubs and scrapes from the creek up to the cornfield. The north side has the majority of the row crops with lots of edge/hedgerow, wooded hillside and large brushy field that border the golf course. There is also a pole line that splits into a Y at the top of the hill and has a great view of the farm. The brushy field on the northeast was loaded with deer runs and buck rubs. Do not overlook the northern border with the golf course there were some really good runs, scrapes and rubs going to and from the course.The woods were also loaded with turkey scratches. Also make sure to check out the hedgerow between the cornfield and bean field, you will not be disappointed. Foodplots are allowed but NOT in the crop fields. Ok in the small field or pole line. Check with landowner for other possible locations

This is the first time this property is being leased and it will need to be posted, Fishermen are ONLY allowed along the banks of stocked stream(blue line), per state law. Lodging is only 10mins away in Mansfield.
