This hunting lease is leased and not available. It is not very often you hear all the "Buzz" words on one property such as� urban, river bottom, funnel, crops etc. This property covers quite a few of them. This farm is right on the edge of Chillicothe along the Scioto River. You have about 3/4 mile of river to hunt. The fields are in row crops with good timber along the river on both sides of the highway. I found plenty of rubs, including a few dandy ones. Nice stone access lane is gated. You can tell the deer come out of the hills from the east and cross the road to spend time here when the crops are in. Where the river goes under the highway is one of the best funnels you could ask for. Also, the access lane goes under the highway to the west section of this lease. There are a couple pot holes of cover and water out in the fields. Be aware though, that during high water periods the cover and fields may flood. Good stand trees along the river. Everything you need is close right in town. Respectful ATV use for hunting purposes only. No camping. Someone should take a STUD off this property, just check out the trail cam pics.
