This hunting lease is leased and not available. A very solid 40-acre farm being offered for lease in Wayne County, IL. Property is made up of timber, crops, water, and bedding. The timber is filled with underbrush which will provide natural browse as the deer travel throughout this farm. I jumped six deer on the north side of the farm on the edge of the secluded ag field. I uploaded one picture of deer tracks, however, in the areas that were wet from the recent rains, there were tracks all over. If you look at the aerial photo there are a couple of areas on this lease that you will want to hang a stand as they are just natural areas the deer will use.
