This hunting lease is leased and not available. 80 acre all legal game hunting lease in Sawyer County. It will be hard to find a property that is off the beaten path as this property is. Located east of Hayward, one gravel road leads you to the easement access road as shown with blue line on the aerial. After a 3/4 mile or so drive in, road T's, turn left to access gate on northwest corner of this property. Turn right and it's the access into the landowner to the west of this property.

The buck pictured are all from fall of 2022. The landowner purchased the property same year, but family owns other land within few miles of this property and only hunted this new property 1-day last year, thus decided to lease it out to our Base Camp Members. Landowner of this property currently lives in Texas but grew up in this part of Wisconsin.

There are at least 2, possibly more tower type blinds on the property (use at your own risk). I found one during my inspection and it is contained within the pictures of this listing. There are also two open areas contained within the 80 acres that are a couple acres each and would be a key to drawing in deer from all around this property if you can get food plots established.

All legal game is yours to hunt. Camping and food plots allowed. Respectful use of ATV's also allowed for hunting related activities.
