This hunting lease is leased and not available. Here is a great 133-acre lease in Jackson County which should produce some great bucks!! Access is from the north so you can play those prevailing SW winds. You have 60+ acres of cover on the south end with a big valley running east to west. This cover consists of bedding, wooded ravines, oaks, points, and just a lot of thick deer cover. From the moment I pulled up deer were moving everywhere. I saw multiple does with their fawns, check out the pics. I jumped a bachelor group that looked to have a couple good bucks in it. The front rolling fields used to have cattle, but they were removed in 2022, and the fields have grown up into tall grass. The new owners are not sure what they will eventually do in the fields. They may plant crops, leave it pasture, or use it for hay. Presently it is just beautiful deer cover and I found plenty of deer beds out in the grass. There are crops planted on the neighbor to the west which is a big bonus in this area. Respectful ATV use for hunting purposes only, and you probably will prefer one to hunt here, as it is a hike to the back. I found a couple nice box blinds that were left behind, and you can use them at your own risk if they are still there. Also, there was a big feeder that was left, and a mineral site that was tore up. I big flock of turkeys walked in front of my truck when I pulled up, so they should be here. The property is near to Route 35 and just a few miles off Route 124 for easy access. Everything you need is in the town of Jackson just 15-minutes away. Rut and gun season should be a blast here� so check it out!!!
