This hunting lease is leased and not available. Here is 108-acres of all woods and cover in one of the best counties in Ohio, with easy access off I70 and I77. Tuscarawas County is number two in deer numbers harvested, and in the top ten for Buckeye Big Buck entries. You have a private road that goes through this property to one lone house in the back, who is the neighbor. Please do not block this road when parking. I would get more for this lease, but parking is limited, and some parking areas will need to be cleared out for better access. There is a nice pine stand on the east end north of the lane, which if cleared out would make for great parking. I marked it with a BCL sign. Also, it will take a little work, but if you make a trail north through this small section of pines you will meet an old ATV trail that takes you north across a big hardwood ridge. You have this big hardwood ridge running north and south just north of the pines. Also, this ridge will connect you to a utility right-of-way which should be a special spot. Then, on the south side you have another nice flat with some great benches to hunt. You can see from the pictures I found plenty of rubs, and with some work this should be a slammer of a lease. Once back in, you should see all day rut action and super gun hunting. There are a couple big thick valleys, but it was summer on inspection and too thick to crawl down in to inspect. Also, you have an area west across the main road that could have a couple great set-ups. There is timber, an overgrown pasture, a pond, and a utility right-of-way on that side. Everything you need is minutes away in New Philadelphia or Dennison/Uhrichsville. Respectful ATV use for hunting purposes only. Should be turkeys here as well.
