This hunting lease is leased and not available. Here is an all-wooded property located in Franklin County Virginia. The property borders the Pigg River for over a mile on the west side. Property was clear cut and planted in pines around 2000. Some areas along the river and in the hollows/ravines were left and still have hardwoods. Those areas do have some oaks in them.

I found several god trails with tracks in them. Lots of old rubs of all sizes on this property. A food plot could be planted on the power line if desired. An ATV trail does run through most of the property giving good access for setup and game removal. The property does have 3 entrances from the main road. The main entrance will need to be secured. The landowner said he has gates and is willing to assist in getting those in place to eliminate trespassing concerns.

Camping and ATV use are acceptable for hunting purposes only.
