This hunting lease is leased and not available. This property can be a real producer with its abundant mix of food, water, and cover. From row crops to acorns to apple trees, each give the deer quite the variety for food. This property has some of the first cover for the deer coming from the adjacent crop fields and open woods on the boundaries. Access should also be good with the dominant winds usually from a westerly direction. There is a good trail system that runs the north boundary to the back of the property so getting stands/deer in and out will be easy. I found numerous tracks along the row crop edges and the inside corner to the north had alot of activity. There are a few good trees to put stands on the field edges or pop up blinds in the brush. The woods have alot of brushy patches that the deer are using for bedding and there are quite a few well worn deer runs throughout. The landowner does not hunt anymore but when he did he said they always filled all their tags. Responsible ATV use is allowed for hunting purposes and camping is also allowed but check with the landowner for location to camp. Lodging is also available in Springboro that's 15 minutes away.
