Here is a great looking farm with lots of wildlife that will satisfy any hunter. Big rolling hill farm with just the right number of hardwoods, CRP, and warm season grasses. On the day of inspection, I jumped a very nice wide ten-point buck in velvet and several turkeys. ATVs would be my choice of movement on this farm for the back forty deer stand, but foot traffic would be more of an advantage when trying to catch the wildlife off guard. The yellow on the map represents where 20 head of cattle will be Oct-Nov and the blue on the aerial map represents where the 20 head of cattle will be Dec - March, which shows you how much undisturbed area you will have to hunt. Day of inspection landowner talked about a giant 180 class buck running around this summer, so let's just say a 160 has been sighted….lol

Farm hand lives on the property in an old house along the east side of the farm.
No vehicles in the fields when wet.
Electricity should be possible if you pay to turn on the meter.
Fields are hayed once or twice a year
Landowner does bush hog some edges and logging roads throughout the year
