Mainly high ground with 150 Acres of Tillable, 30 acres of hardwoods, 10 acres of low ground/swamp/pond. Great food sources, cover and habitat for whitetails, turkeys, pheasants, waterfowl, coyote, and small game. (all of which are permitted to hunt) Open to archery hunting and firearms hunting. The main woods seemed expansive with agriculture surrounding it AND it's loaded with oaks/maples. Acorns have fallen! With the food and neighboring woods, many funnels bringing wildlife to this acreage. The landowner has approved camping with an optional power hook up in the farmyard. Open to ATV use during hunting seasons. Landowners are actively farming and farming operations are to be expected during parts of the hunting season. Corn 2023 to comes off late October/Early November. One field has freshly planted Rye to start sprouting fall 2023. Landowners have noted that they still harvest maple syrup, cut wood and maintain the trails via ATV, but will not do this when hunters are present. Food plots are not permitted. Deer tracks were bountiful, and geese have actively been using one of the fields.
