This hunting lease is leased and not available. Check out this great 133-acre farm!! This farm surprised the heck out of me on inspection. The ground has a perfect roll to it, and there is over 50-acres of woods, grass, thickets, waterways, pines, and fence rows. Just look at the pictures, and you will think it is a different farm than it looks on the aerial photo. The woods were thick and gnarly and may take some work. However, I would leave it as a sanctuary, as the rest of the property was set up perfect to hunt. There were nice grass waterways for deer movement and hunter access. Patches of cover everywhere made for multiple stand sets. The pine thicket in the middle was a no-brainer of a spot. The hay field was overgrown into tall grass at the time of inspection. Check out the huge rubs I found littered throughout the property. They were harvesting corn and a big buck blasted past me. Massie Creek cuts the corner, so there is a constant water supply. This farm has everything I love in a property. Close to Springfield for all your needs and easy access off I70. Respectful ATV use for hunting purposes only. I will doubt anyone will let this property go once leased.
