This hunting lease is pending and not available. Small tract=Big Bucks. This property will hunt big. The Chattahoochee Forest borders this property on the North Side, private lots on the south side. One section of National Forest is practically land locked on the BC tract and private landowners, South side. I rode everywhere to gain access to the National Forest large property land on the North side, only access I could find was off this Base Camp Property from the RR. Railroad runs through the middle of this property. I consider this moderate access; Parking at the RR crossing is the best location. Don't block the switch box, park so RR can get in or park where the monument is. You can access the tract via the RR, walk or possibly use ATV. FYI: always have Base Camp documentation when accessing the property. You have permission. CAREFUL AROUND THE RR TRACKS STAY CLEAR. I saw several crossings over the tracts. Mix of hardwood and thickets. I have a few pictures, no more as a storm ran me off. From what I saw this could be a hot spot. Hunting apps will give you the full picture in regard to the Base Camp tract and National Forest property.
