Very isolated property with no roads touching or that go through the property. Lots of deer sign day of inspection and the seclusion will be a comfort to the wildlife. You can tell the property is very thick with cover during the summer months, so now would be the perfect time to set up stands and get ready for this year's deer season...I can picture numerous bucks cruising this property during the rut, looking for love. During my inspection 2/15/24, I was constantly pushing deer out of their bedding ground.
