This hunting lease is leased and not available. In nearly a decade with BCL, this is the first property with an Alfalfa field in my territory. Here you will be hunting in Taylor County Ky on this 85-ac honey hole. I was once told by a well-known celebrity biologist/hunter that there is nothing better to have to hunt than Alfalfa, hands down. The landowner said he should get two hundred bales per cut but is lucky if he gets 60 per cut. Please shoot does guys. You have a secondary hay field that the deer are crossing a lot as they move back and forth to the Alfalfa. There are big oaks on the farm but there has been a select-cut recently and it was nicely done. Lots of excellent trails that get you around the property and numerous stand locations were identified during my time here. We have other farms extremely close to this one and I have a photo of a buck who likely lived on this farm and he's a good one. All you need here are blinds, stands, and cell cameras. Then show up next fall for the experience you've been waiting for. The landowners live here which is always a great thing for security's sake. There are neighboring horses near the roads end so be aware of those, please.
