This hunting lease is leased and not available. If I were looking for another hunting spot in MN I'd be leasing this one myself. The deer sign was so heavy it looked like I was in Iowa (it's less than 2 miles from the border). While inspecting the farm I found hundreds of rubs and scraps. Every part of this property had heavy trails on it. There's no big road frontage counterfeiting acres on this one. The only road touching it, is the dead end access road. The section this property sits in is over 2000 acres. From north to south this lease is about 1 mile. It will hunt big. The ground south of the dead end has nearly 1.5 miles of bluffs and edges to hunt and hang stands. North of the dead end there is a sweet pond and heavy timber. Access around this farm is excellent. If you look at this property on ON X Hunt the SE boundary is incorrect. The photos on our website have the correct boundary lines. It's fenced the entire way and very easy to see.
