This hunting lease is leased and not available. About 1 hour southwest of Louisville, this is located in Meade County near Wolf Creek, this area was frequented by hunters and trappers as the area was first being settled. The property backs up against Boone Hollow, and was named after Squire Boone, the brother of Daniel Boone who settled in this area in the early 1700's. This particular tract is mostly mature standing timber. I scouted this property while walking along a deer trail. While there is a lot of timber, visibility is still good. Turkey is also on the property. Note: Same man had this leased since 2008. 2012 he didn't get to hunt due to work and said it looked that way again so he gave it up. He had nothing but good things to say about the farm.
