This hunting lease is leased and not available. This property is a sweet little 22 acre farm that is made up of timber and row crops, which is bordered by big timber to the south and a tree CRP program that is very thick. The deer are using this farm to feed, which was evident, by the amount of deer tracks I found. For only being 22 acres, I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of deer sign that I did find. The northeast corner had deer tracks all over the place. There are several places on this farm that you can hang a stand. In the southwest corner of this farm where the bulk of the timber is, there were many deer trails leading in to the row crops. This area would make for a great ambush point where you could possibly catch that mature buck heading in to feed. This farm could turn out to be a little honey hole based on the amount of sign I found.

ATVs allowed - no joy riding.

Lease runs from 1 May through 30 April.
