Here is a good looking farm only 20 miles from downtown KC, and about 10 miles north of Cabelas...

This one looks to have all the right ingredients for producing and holding deer and turkeys.

There is plenty of cover on this rolling farm, and also the adjoining neighbors. I have a feeling a lot of the deer from the area come to this farm to feed. The three crop fields are planted to both corn and soybeans, with the two north fields having woods on three sides. The edges of these fields were covered with deer tracks! There is a small creek running across the middle of this farm, and two ponds. Cattle will graze on the very lush grass in the middle pasture part of the year, and are fenced off from the woods. The property to the SE of the NE field is a park and is off limits for hunting.
