Here's a great farm with a bunch of cover, it sit's in the middle of solid flat farmland for miles. The entire farm is CRP except for the heavy oak woods. There's a bunch of deer on this property all year long, but I have to imagine new deer show up from every direction as the corn comes off. During the rut, and the gun season I think deer will be heading for this farm from everywhere.

Bow hunting will be great because the deer should almost always filter through the timber. The oak trees are huge and there will be tons of acorns each fall. The timber also has a nice waterhole right in the middle of it. The deer were absolutely hammering this when I viewed the property in August.

A tripod stand would be perfect for rifle hunting this farm. You could see a long ways and cover a bunch of CRP.

The landowner does have to maintain this CRP. Spot mowing for weeds is done each summer. This year it looks like they cut about 1/3 of the CRP. It will re grow pretty tall before fall again anyways�
