Premium big buck farm in Parke County. Just north of Turkey Run this farm has it all. From great habitat to great landowners... you cannot go wrong with this farm.
As most of you know, this area can be a little rugged. Also, to access the 70 acres north of the river, you can only enter from the south. This will require some work and the owner says it has been years since they have even been up there. South of the river, the 200 acres, has a great atv trail and there are several old hay fields you can use for food plots. A tremendous amount of big buck sign and deer/turkey sign as well. I bumped several deer while going around the farm.
There is a an old cabin area that you can have as your own little basecamp. No electric or water but if you want to bring in a RV it is a great spot and about 1/4 acre of campsite.
You will come in on a easement lane, pass the owners house and another 200 yards is the camping area/parking area. From there you can go anywhere on the farm. Owner asks that you don't gun hunt too close to the house or grandma's house. You can see both homes on the aerial. They just don't want to be alarmed by a close shot ringing off.
PLEASE NOTE: Owner asks that you contact me prior to the inspection visit. This farm is very remote and visitors don't come by. They want me to inform them of when you are coming.
