This hunting lease is leased and not available. What a surprising Central Missouri farm this turned out to be! The deer sign on this property was way more than I anticipated. The lay out of the property seems funny at first, but once you're on the property it almost feels like your hunting two separate farms. The big woods and pond on the Northern end has a high density of deer and a lot of them are bedding around the water. Crop damage was very evident among the crops closes to the woods. Great farm with all the right ingredients wildlife need and close to all the amenities people need. Cooper County doesn't get the attention of a lot of counties, but believe me giant deer roam this county as well....
