This hunting lease is leased and not available. Here's a great property for lease just 90 miles north of the Twin Cities. The NE corner of this lease has a perfect campsite about 50 yards off the county road. There's plenty of room to pull a camper in, a nice fire ring and dry wood storage area. There's also a meat pole to hang deer on. The entire lease has an ATV trail system for quick quiet access. There are a few branches that need to be trimmed on the trail occasionally� The west central portion of the property has lots of space for food plots to be planted if you want. There have been plots planted here in years past. The SE side of the property has a big Beaver Pond. This should be awesome waterfowl hunting, and I think you could get a small duck boat through the woods just fine with an ATV.

The property has a perfect mix of trees and surprisingly quite a few big oaks. The deer sign was very heavy all around the property. I found lots of very big rubs. This property will be fun to hunt and camp at. It's located just over 1 mile from a nice convenience store.
