If you are looking for a farm with great potential in the deer category, look no further. Texas County is known for its quality deer and this farm does not disappoint. The farm is covered with Oak's that provide plenty of food for a good healthy deer and turkey population. There are two ponds that hold water year-round. There are three main pastures as well. On the day of the property inspection, I saw several deer and turkey and the deer sign was everywhere.

***The landowner is ok with primitive camping during hunting season as well as ATV use for scouting

and game retrieval.

*** If the pastures are wet, please do not ride across the center and rut them up!
