I almost pulled the trigger on this one for myself. This lease should rock your hunting world here in Metcalfe County, Kentucky. It consists of 267-acres of fields, woodlots, valleys, creek bottoms, cedars, hardwoods. It was nicely timbered in the recent past, and the deer live here, as you will see. I found some of the biggest rubs I have ever seen, so check out those pics. Trails were going everywhere throughout the property. This lease is a no-brainer, and I highly doubt you will get a second chance on this one anytime soon. A few row crops on the west end, but the remaining fields are former pasture and hayfields. Hunting blinds were noted during my inspection. The highest quality lease I have seen in this county yet. These just do not come along every day, period.
