This hunting lease is leased and not available. Here's a really nice secluded lease in big farm country that is loaded up with deer. If you know anything about this area of Indiana then you know the potential that a property like this has. This section of Clay County has a lot of deer and has all the right ingredients to grow and hold those big mid-west bucks. The day of inspection I jumped multiple deer on the property and once the surrounding row crops are harvested there is no telling how many deer will be here seeking cover. Timber has a good trail system throughout with a lot of small open area's that would make some great food plot sites with minimal effort. Access is from the east via a grass easement that is a half mile long. It's a very solid way in but there may be times when you have to park at the road so that you do not put ruts in the grass way. Landowner will be great to work with and is fine with someone setting up a camper on the property during season as long as no trash is left.
