The property borders the James River to the north and has a mix of hardwoods and fields. The landowner lives on site and keeps a close eye on things. A good trail system is in place throughout the property. Horses are present on the property but are kept in a 10-acre field in the center of the property.

The inspection did not disappoint! I saw (3) nice 8-point bucks in the field at the entrance when I arrived. I seen a total of 10 deer on the property that morning. Several good trails and some old rubs can be found along the trail system. Some large oaks are spread about the property and should provide good mast.

Sunday hunting is allowed. ATV use is acceptable for hunting purposes. No camping. Property is only about 30 minutes outside of Richmond! This one won't last long!
