This hunting lease is leased and not available. Here's a nice farm in a highly sought after Indiana County. Jennings County is an area that has the genetics and habitat to grow and hold big deer. Lease is predominately row crops but the two blocks of timber will have bucks cruising through during the rut. A timber harvest was completed in 2021 and should really help with cover and the ability for this farm to hold more deer. The main wood lot to the South was cut hard and will really get thick over the next few years. The day of inspection there was a group of 10 does in this small wood lot. They ran across the field and I was able to get a picture right before they went into the woods. They just walked into the North wood lot and settled down pretty quick, didn't seem like they have been hunted very hard by the way they acted. Easy access across the Western side of lease and a long term landowner that we work with on multiple farms.
