There are some great genetics in this area!
Located just south of Lyndon and only a two mile drive off Hwy 75, this 265-acre cattle ranch will give you an excellent chance at one of those big bucks. The cedar thickets are definitely thick and will provide excellent cover for anything looking for a place to hide. A strategically placed feeder will keep the animals close.
There is an old, wooden, elevated blind in the north cedar patch that looks like it could still be used (as always, use stands and elevated blinds with caution!)
The six ponds look good for jumping ducks and geese.
The balance of the property is pasture or hay ground. Cattle will be somewhere on the property year-round.
There is no road along the north side of the property- it is more of a trail.
The landowner is reserving deer hunting rights for some family members.
