This hunting lease is leased and not available. If you are looking for a lease that has everything an outdoorsman could want than check this one out. The day of inspection there were deer, turkey, ducks, and geese on this farm. There is almost a mile of Laughery Creek frontage so the fishing could be fun here also. You could put a kayak or canoe in on the West side of the property and float fish to the other end of the lease or go another 3 miles and you can take out at the Ohio River. The main intersection of fence rows and tree lines on the East section of this lease should really be a good stand site for deer hunting. This farm should be prime during the early season and the rut. Bucks will be cruising the creek and also crossing back and forth across the valley between cover. There was a group of turkeys on the East side that had 3 toms in it strutting and in the far West field there were 2 out strutting alone. This farm will flood and when it does the landowner says the duck and geese really pile into the sloughs and crop fields on this farm.
