Once on property you have a lane back to a utility pad for easy access. There are 20-acres of woods in the SW corner, so you can play those typical westerly winds. There is another 5-acres of grass swale and a small patch of trees in the middle of the property. A large ravine with small creek runs through the woods making a nice travel corridor. There are a couple nice hardwood flats, and I found some decent old rubs. There is good connecting cover, so daytime rut activity should be good.
