This hunting lease is leased and not available. All I can say is WOW what a farm! I was seeing deer and turkey from the moment I stepped on the property. This place is huge with rolling hills, ravines and long wooded draws. I saw 15 deer and well over 20 turkey spread throughout, with a real nice Tom strutting as I walked up on them in the field. The farm is planted in corn and hay, and has some oak and beech trees spread through out. There are some fields planted with corn that are only 40yds wide and over 100 yds long and have woods on both sides making for a ready made food plot. On the north end of the property there is a real nice thicket, that according to the landowner, quite a few really nice bucks have been taken there. I saw 4 deer there and some nice rubs and runs. The southern part of the property has a real nice draw with a creek at the bottom and was loaded with runs and old rubs. I bumped into 10 more deer and a bunch of turkeys in the fields on my way there. All 3 draws empty in to the big ravine on the southern end of the property, and the deer are traveling up and down the to get to the row crops. In unit 2A you can buy up to 4 doe tags and there are a ton of does on the farm. The landowner would appreciate if you would shoot a doe before your buck if possible. They are hitting his crops hard. He has someone for the extra meat if you don't want it. Landowner lives on the property, and as this is the first time he is leasing it, he would like you to post the property. ATVs are allowed for hunting purposes only. He does not want any riding in the fields or crops, he would like you to stay on tractor roads that cover the entire farm. Camping is allowed in a designated area, or lodging is 15-20 minutes away in Washington.
