This hunting lease is leased and not available.
There is only one way to describe this farm; It's IOWA. The buck pictures from the property speak for themselves and speaks volumes on the type of bucks you could possibly harvest from this property.. To make it even the better, the property to the east does not allow any hunting at all, in fact, they consider it a wildlife refuge, as you will see in the photos. You can access this farm from multiple directions, from the southeast, southwest, east, and the northeast. The CRP is tall and thick, and providing great cover and bedding for the deer. When I say tall, I'm 5'10" and it was shoulder to head high on me. The other thing I liked about this farm is, it's very secluded. The entire time I was there, I only saw one vehicle drive by on the gravel road that borders the east side of the farm. There are just too many good things to say about this lease. There is also a good trail system throughout the farm, (see photos) that will allow you to quietly enter and exit your stand. There are cattle on this farm, but they are fenced in within the pasture, which equates to approximately a hundred acres. The timber is scattered throughout the farm and in many ways that can be an advantage. Those deer are traveling from one block of timber to the next. I have a very strong feeling, whoever leases this farm is going to harvest some very nice bucks.
